Cabinet cases can be constructred using a variety of materials. Our standard cabinet construction utilizes 90-sheen door grade white melamine board. The vinyl coating on the melamine board allows for easy cleaning and maintenance using mild soap and water. All parts are 5/8" thick, which allows for a sturdy and durable cabinet case. In addition, all of our cabinets come with a full 1/2" backing for extra strength. We also offer 5/8" thick plywood construction for customers who want even more cabinet strength.

All cabinetry is built in-house at our Port Coquitlam factory. This means that we have complete control over all cabinet sizing. Custom sizing allows us the flexibility to create a kitchen that fits perfectly into your home. There's no need to modify pre-fab cabinets or to use giant fillers. We also utlize a JIT (just-in-time) manufacturing system. Therefore, all of our cabinetry is made-to-order, according to your exact specifications. There's no need to settle for a stock catalog (we don't even have one)!

We construct full drawer boxes using 5/8" thick material to construct the entire drawer box. While other cabinet companies use thinner materials for drawer bottoms, we construct all of our drawer boxes with solid 1/2" thick drawer bottoms. The end result is a drawer box that is very strong and won't fall apart under heavy usage. Standard drawer boxes are constructed with butt joints, however dovetail construction is also available.

All of our door hinges are made by Blum, the industry leader in door hinges and hardware. An optional soft-close mechanism is available for Blum door hinges. Blum hardware carries a lifetime warranty.

Drawer slides are available in a number of options from leading manufacturers such as Blum and Accuride. The following drawer slide configurations can be added to any order:

We have a huge selection of cabinet doors and drawer fronts to choose from. Cabinet doors can be made from a variety of materials including: PVC, laminate, solid wood, painted mdf, melamine, or wood veneer. Doors can be custom made for any size or application.

We have over 100 stock stains and paints. In addition, we also create custom stains and color match samples. That means that you're never limited to choosing between a few select colors or finishes for each door style. Each and every one of our solid wood doors is stained to order based on the customer's preference. We also do painted doors, antiquing or glazing, distressed finishes, and high-gloss finishes.
